Processed Data

The data subject to processing are those provided by the User at the time of registration, specifically the email address and username. These data are necessary to proceed with your registration in the Application. Additionally, the User may optionally provide the following identifying data: first name, last name, and phone number.

Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

The personal data of Users will be processed in order to manage and maintain their registration in the Application. The legal basis for this processing is the User’s consent, as the registration is carried out at their request.

Likewise, the personal data of Users (specifically, first name, last name, and email address) may be processed to send them commercial and/or corporate information from ALTUM via email and through the Application. The legal basis for this processing is ALTUM’s legitimate interest, having carried out the corresponding assessment and concluding that such processing does not negatively affect the rights and freedoms of Users, thus ALTUM’s legitimate interest prevails.

Data Retention

The personal data of Users will be retained as long as they are necessary to provide the Application’s services. Once the User requests deregistration, the service provision will be considered concluded, and their data will be deleted. This deletion involves blocking the data until the expiration of the statute of limitations for any legal actions arising from such registration. Once this period has ended, the data will be permanently erased.

In the case of commercial and corporate communications, if you request to unsubscribe from such communications or request the deletion of your personal data, we will cease sending them. To do so, you can object HERE or contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) by sending an email to info@altum-fi.com, as detailed in the “Data Protection Rights” section.

Recipients of Personal Data

ALTUM will not transfer your personal data to third parties. However, for the correct provision of services, ALTUM may collaborate with third-party service providers who may have access to personal data as a result of performing the contracted services (e.g., technology development and maintenance services). In any case, ALTUM follows strict selection criteria for such third parties to ensure compliance with its data protection obligations and signs the corresponding data protection agreement with them, where these third parties commit to complying with their data protection obligations, specifically, to comply with legal, technical, and organizational measures for the agreed-upon data processing purposes, and to prohibit processing such personal data for other purposes or transferring them to third parties.
